Robert Zike, MBA, CEBS, CWPP, CAPP

President and Owner


Robert began his career in the retirement field in 1974 with the passage of the original ERISA legislation which birthed modern day pension law. Having earned his MBA in Finance with an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton, Scranton, PA, in 1977,he was uniquely positioned to take on a new industry. He was in the first graduating class at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School, obtaining the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation in 1979. He is a Charter Member in the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists. Since then he has earned  the additional designations of  Certified Wealth Protection Planner (2007) and Certified Asset Preservation Planner (2009) from the Wealth Creation Institute. Bob keeps current through endless research and study in the world of retirement administration as well as with continuing education requirements. His expert opinions have earned him the nickname "The Pension Doctor" as he is sought after by retirement professionals, attorneys, accountants, and clients.


Bob and his wife reside in Stuart, FL and have 2 adult children. Bob is an avid volleyball enthusiast and has played for over 40 years.

Jill P. Zike 

Vice President, Office Manager


Jill has worked with EBC, Inc. since it's inception in 1986. She has a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Scranton,  PA. She has many years of management and accounting experience in the banking industry, first in the Trust Department ,working in the area of  retirement accounting and then as Bank Auditor both in the Trust and Commercial Banking Divisions. She then worked in Commercial Branch Management and Installment, Mortgage and Commercial Lending at banks both in PA and in FL. Later, as Executive Director of a 501c(3), Jill's management and people skills were used in the non-profit arena.  Jill keeps EBC’s systems and organizational processes flowing smoothly as well as the in-house accounting. Her ability to see the big picture as well as the finer details brings support to her husband, Bob.


In addition to managing EBC, Jill volunteers as a Doctor of Clinical Spiritual Counseling to help many in need.

Susan Chafin, Benefits Assistant


Susan joined EBC, Inc. in 2005, after a 15 year career in teaching.  Attending Endicott College in Beverly, MA and Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth, FL, she brings with her strong organizational and administrative skills. Susan has a unique ability to communicate effectively with our clients and other professionals.
